woohoo.. I've been on the Eat To Live diet/lifestyle since Sunday and my weight has consistently been set at the lowest it's been in a year! So easy, it sucks I didn't do this before...
Mmm.. perfect breakfast this morning. Egg white only omelet with Old Bay Seasoning/onion/garlic, sauteed mushrooms with cayenne crushed dried herbs and a slice of seeded sourdough with a Laughing Cow Cheese wedge. 220 cals and 3g of fat.
So my measurements (fat%, BMI, weight, waistline) haven't changed much, but I'm feeling a whole lot less flabby from when I started almost a month ago. Very cool. :o)
